A Special Thanks To…

First and foremost I have to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I would be nothing without you. I could never have made it all these years without you leading me and guiding me. I am so blessed and thankful for everything you have done for me.

I also want to thank my family. They have always been there for me. I’ve got the greatest mother in the world! She just keeps on giving, even though I tell her she’s done enough. OK mom, I get it. You really love me. Do something for yourself now. I also have the greatest sister a guy could ever have. I never have to doubt how much she loves me. None of this would be happening if she hadn’t created me a Myspace page. That page is what started the whole process of my life changing. I also want thank my dad, Lamar Wynn. You never were a step-dad to me. You were and always will be the only father I’ve ever had! I’ve told you this before, but I’ll tell you again. You were a good dad to me! You never ever treated me like a stepson. After I got hurt, you did things for me that a father should never have to do for his twenty-one year old son. I am so appreciative of that. I love you all very much!

I want to thank the special vessel that God put in my life to shake up my world. You know who you are. God put you in my life to pull me out of the pit of complacency that Satan had imprisoned me in. My outlook on life is different now because of you. I’m so much better now spiritually, emotionally, and mentally because God put you in my life. This site and my renewed desire to speak again would have never happened, if I hadn’t met you. You will always have a special place in my heart!

I want to thank my great friend Brad Smith for doing the site, for me, and for helping me get this project going. There is no doubt in my mind that God put Brad in my life for this reason. The fact that Brad and I were able to work on this should be an inspiration and example to everyone. In today’s America, there is so much hatred and animosity between people that have opposing beliefs and ideologies. I’m a conservative Christian and Brad is a liberal atheist that just happens to also be gay. I’ve known him since junior high, and I don’t really care about his beliefs as much as I care about him the person. Our opposing beliefs where not ever an issue when it came to working on the site. This is a cause that we both believe in and think needs to be told. Imagine how many great collaborations are being missed out on just because people don’t want to work with someone that doesn’t believe like they do. As Christians, we are mandated to love everyone, even if we don’t agree with their beliefs. Isn’t it time more Christians start really showing the love of Christ.   I John 3:18-Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.

I want to thank Jason Brewer for all his help. You have blessed me so much with all the computer help you’ve given me. There’s no way I’ll ever be able to repay you. I am eternally grateful!

I want to thank all my friends. What an amazing group of friends I have. You were right there for me, when I had my accident. My ICU nurses used to go on and on about how great y’all were. Y’all have never treated me like I was disabled. Y’all have always just treated me like I was the same old Lance, as if nothing had ever happened. What’s up with that? Can’t I get some special TLC, since I’m disabled? JK I love you all very much!

I want to thank everyone that visits my site. I charge you with the task of helping to spread the word about the dangers of drinking and driving. Send this site to all your friends and get them to send it to their friends. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what I did. This is 100% preventable!
